Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
For further information please carefully read our Policies.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns or refunds on certain items. Please read our Policies before purchasing.
When will I get my order?
We will work with our partners quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times may vary, but orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated in the price of the items in your order. You don't have any additional shipping costs.
Why does shipping take longer than usual?
At Klarskei, we do things a little differently.
We work with partners and artisans across the world to carefully source, craft, and deliver your items. Many of our products are created in small batches or made-to-order, which means your piece is prepared especially for you once you place your order.
This approach helps us:
- Reduce waste – No mass production, only what’s truly needed
- Support independent makers – By giving them the time they need to craft quality products
- Be eco-conscious – Consolidating shipments lowers our environmental impact
Because of this thoughtful process, delivery can take a little longer than fast-fashion or mass-market platforms. Typically, orders arrive within 1–3 weeks.
We believe it’s worth the wait for products that are unique, responsibly sourced, and made with care.
Why do I have to pay customs fees?
We ship internationally and work with partners across the globe. Because of this, your order may sometimes be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees when it enters your country (usually 5-10% if any).
These charges are not set by us — they are determined by your local customs authority. Think of them as part of the normal process of importing goods from abroad.
Here’s why it happens:
- International shipping – Your package crosses borders, and every country has its own import rules
- Government regulations – Customs fees are collected by your local government, not by us or our suppliers
- Fair trade & compliance – Paying these fees ensures that your order is cleared legally and delivered safely to your doorstep
We do our best to include every cost in the price of our products, but customs charges are something no online store can fully control. Many customers see it as a small investment for receiving unique, carefully sourced products that aren’t available locally.
Do you have a physical store? Are try-ons available?
No, we don't have a physical store.
Klarskei curates timeless pieces in collaboration with global suppliers, allowing us to share a diverse range of styles directly from their source.
Product details and descriptions are provided by our suppliers, and while we do our best to ensure accuracy and quality, slight variations may occur.
Product images shown on models are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly.
We appreciate your understanding that Klarskei cannot take responsibility for differences that may appear between expectation and the final piece.
